  • 100g of Boursin® Cheese Black Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g of flaked frab
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 2 chives
  • 1 tbsp. of paprika
  • 200g of Boursin® Cheese Black Pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 300g of flaked frab
  • 3 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 4 chives
  • 2 tbsp. of paprika

Preparation

Step 1 Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 min. Then pass them under cold water and shell them. Cut into 2 in height. Separate yolks from whites and mash the yolks with a fork. Step 2 In a bowl, crumble the crab and mix it with the yolks and Boursin Cheese Black Pepper. Add the oil, season. Step 3 Chop the chives and stir the mixture. Garnish white halves with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate before serving.
TIP

You can replace the crab with tuna.
