Step 1 In a large bowl, make a well in the flour, pour in the center the egg yolks, butter soft, Boursin Round Cheese Garlic & Herbs and salt. Step 2 Work the dough quickly (so it does not become too elastic). Form a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour. Step 3 Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6). Spread a little flour on your work surface and lower the dough to a thickness of 3mm. Step 4 Then cut the shortbread with a cookie cutter, a glass or back of hands. Place the biscuits on a nonstick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
TIP

Enjoy these shortbreads still warm and spread them with Boursin  cheese.
