Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6). Spread a little flour on your work surface and lower the dough to a thickness of 3mm.
Then cut the shortbread with a cookie cutter, a glass or back of hands. Place the biscuits on a nonstick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
