For The Truffle Hot Dogs
  • Make the Boursin Truffle Mayo: In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Boursin Truffle cheese, and 1 tbsp mild olive oil. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  • To make your pickled red onions, mix: Half a red onion, finely sliced, 150ml of white wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp caster sugar, 2 cloves, 3 black peppercorns, 5 mustard seeds
  • Cook your hot dogs as per the instructions on the packaging.
  • To assemble, lightly toast the hotdog buns under a grill, and then spread a generous layer of Boursin Truffle Mayo on each bun.
  • Place the cooked hotdog in the bun and top with pickled red onions and a spread of your favourite luxurious toppings.
  • A crumbling of Boursin Truffle over the top adds some extra crumbly but creamy texture.
