For Boursin Blue Linguine
  • In a large pot, cook the linguine, then drain, reserving a ladleful of cooking water.
  • In a pan, add 3/4 of the Boursin®.
  • Over low heat, stir until the Boursin® melts and becomes creamy.
  • Add a handful of spinach to the pan.
  • Pour in the reserved cooking water to loosen the sauce.
  • Incorporate the linguine into the pan with the sauce.
  • When serving, sprinkle the walnuts over the linguine and add a few spinach leaves.
  • Season with pepper.
