For The Christmas Tree
  • Chop parsley and chives.
  • Wrap the Boursin® in a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a cone.
  • Unwrap the Boursin® from the plastic wrap and roll it gently in the chopped herbs. Place on a platter.
  • Decorate with pine nuts and pomegranate.
  • Wash the apple and kumquats and slice them.
  • Arrange all the ingredients around the Boursin® tree.
  • Serves 4-6
