Boursin Panini with Turkey and Ham

with Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese

Layered with smoked turkey and ham and smothered with creamy Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese, this panini hits the spot every time. Cook up some homemade chips, serve with a bowl of warm soup, or just eat it all by itself.

Combine and Create
  • On one side of the bread, lightly brush with olive oil
  • On the other side, spread on Boursin Cheese
  • Place bread on cutting board, Boursin Cheese side up
  • On half of the bread, layer 2 slices each of turkey and ham
  • Equally divide roasted red peppers and rocket and add to sandwich
  • Top with second slice of bread, Boursin side down
Cook and Serve
  • Preheat grill
  • Place panini under grill pan
  • Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
  • Cut each sandwich in half
  • Serve immediately


To cook in the oven wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and place on baking sheet. Top with a large, heavy pan and bake at 170°C for 30 minutes
