For The Tomato Crumble
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas mark 5. Add the tomatoes and garlic to a baking dish. Add olive oil, thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Toss well and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add flour, ground almonds, rosemary, butter, and a pinch of both salt and pepper. Use your fingertips to mix together into a crumble.
  • Spoon the Boursin Truffle Flavoured cheese evenly over the tomatoes and cover with the crumble mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the crumble is golden.
  • Serve with fresh basil leaves on top. Bon appetit!
