For The Halloween Ghosts
  • Cut 2 sheets of puff pastry into ghost shapes (8–10 per sheet).
  • Spread half with a heaped tsp of Boursin, leaving a small border.
  • Add 1/2 tsp gochujang (or mix with honey for a sweet kick).
  • Cut eyes and a mouth into the remaining ghosts, then place on top.
  • Seal edges, egg wash, and bake at 200°C for 15–20 mins until golden.
