For The Garlic Twists
  • Start by roasting the garlic – chop off the top of the bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast at 180°C for 40 minutes until it’s soft and sweet. Let it cool and work that garlic magic!
  • In a bowl, mix together the Boursin, parsley, roasted garlic (peeled), and a pinch of salt. Get ready for that dreamy, creamy mix!
  • Roll out the puff pastry, divide it in half, and spread the Boursin garlic mix on one side. Top with the other pastry sheet, press down gently, and slice into strips. Twist those strips into spirals and lay them out on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Brush the twists with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, until golden, puffed, and totally irresistible.
  • For the aioli, blitz all the ingredients together until smooth and vibrant green – it’s the perfect dip to dunk those garlic twists into.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 15g parsley

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 garlic cloves
