Directions

Your Turn To Create

For The Blini Batter
  • Mix the yoghurts, the flour, the baking powder and the eggs in a bowl.
  • Set aside for 1 to 2 hours (not mandatory) with a clean cloth placed over the bowl.
  • Cook the blinis in a hot pan with a little oil (1 tablespoon of batter per blini).
  • When bubbles start to appear, you can turn the blinis around.
Assembling The Blinis
  • Spread Boursin on the first Blini, add the ingredients on each Blini (see list above): thin slices of vegetables, thin slice of speck, small piece of marinated pepper and a small branch dill.
  • Place a second Blini on your ingredients and use a bamboo skewer to keep things in place.
Assembling The Brochettes of Boursin Dice
  • With a mini wooden skewer, prick the watermelon cube as the base of the brochette, then prick the cucumber, then the Boursin dice.
  • Do the same with the thick slice of chorizo as the base of the brochette then prick the pepper cut into small squares then the Boursin dice.

Tip

Anti Food Waste Tip: If you have too much batter do not throw it, but use it for your next day breakfast. Also really good with sweet toppings, or use your little blinis as little pancakes to be trendy as the Minipancake TikTok trend.
