Boursin Artisan Burger

with Boursin Black Pepper Cheese

  • Melt butter in a small frying pan over medium heat
  • Add onions, a pinch of salt, and a few cracks of fresh pepper
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until onions are deep golden brown, about 10 minutes
  • Remove from heat and set aside
  • Light grill
  • Season burger patties with salt and pepper
  • Grill to desired doneness
Combine and Serve
  • Spread half of the Boursin Cheese on bottom piece of bread
  • Add cheese, a slice of tomato, and 2 lettuce leaves
  • Place grilled burger on top
  • Spread remainder of Boursin Cheese on top of the burger
  • Add grilled onions and second slice of bread
