Your Turn To Create

Cheese Mixture
  • Combine Boursin Cheese and paprika
  • Set aside in refrigerator
  • In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, tequila, garlic, lime juice, and zest
  • Add chicken, stir to coat evenly
  • Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  • Once marinated, thread chicken on skewers
  • Grill on medium-high for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them occasionally
  • Remove chicken from skewers
Combine and Serve
  • Heat taco shells
  • Spread inside of tacos with cheese mixture
  • Fill with chicken
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and salsa
  • Serve immediately

  • 90ml pineapple juice

  • 15ml tequila

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

  • 100g chicken, cut into cubes

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • 8 soft- or hard-shell tacos

  • 8g fresh coriander, chopped

  • 48g salsa
