Your Turn To Create

For Boursin Asparagus Quiche
  • Preheat your oven to 180º fan/200ºC and take a loose bottomed 25cm fluted tin and set aside.
  • Roll out the pastry and gently ease it into the pastry case, trimming any excess with a sharp knife. Prick it several times with a fork then pop into the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Scrunch up a large piece of parchment paper and place it into the centre of the pastry. Add baking beans and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the beans and bake for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • While it is baking add all the ingredients together into a bowl except the asparagus.
  • Remove the pastry case from the oven and pour in the filling.
  • Place the asparagus on top and bake for 25 minutes until a deep golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
