  • Peel radishes and beetroot, wash and spin-dry salad leaves, remove skin from watermelon slices.
  • With a sharp knife or, ideally, a mandolin, thinly slice the radishes and beetroot. Slice the tomatoes and set all the vegetables aside.
  • In a small bowl, dissolve a good pinch of salt in the lemon juice, add a few turns of ground pepper and stir in the olive oil to make a dressing.
And “tada!”
  • In a beautiful and large plate, artistically compose your salad by alternating the different ingredients, then season generously with the lemon and olive oil dressing.
  • Scatter with some delicious crumbles of Boursin® Garlic & Herbs Cheese.

  • Sprinkle with chopped chives and salad seed mix.

  • 1 radish

  • 1 beetroot

  • 2 yellow tomatoes

  • 2 red tomatoes

  • A few slices of cucumber

  • A few slices of watermelon

  • 2 small handfuls of spinach

  • A few sprigs of chives

  • 2 tbsp of a salad seed mix (such as poppy, seasame, flaxseeds)

  • 4 tbsp of good quality olive oil

  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper
