  • Wash the chanterelles and cut off their stems.
  • Wash the onions and cut them in 4.
  • Cut the baguette in 1 cm thick slices and toast them.
  • Pour a dash of olive oil into a frying pan and brown the chanterelles with the onion quarters, season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread about one tablespoon of Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on the cold toasted baguette slices.
  • Place a chanterelle and a browned spring onion quarter on top.
  • Decorate with a couple pink peppercorns and a sprig of parsley.
  • And that's all it takes! Your crostinis are ready to electrify everyone’s taste buds.

Tip

Fry the chanterelles over high heat for 2 min. with a dash of olive oil. They will release a bit of liquid. Drain them and brown again with a knob of butter to give them the perfect colour.
