with Boursin Plant-Based Garlic & Herbs

Your Turn To Create

For Open Bagels
  • Add the very finely chopped red chilli, maple syrup and a squeeze of lemon juice into a ramekin. Mix and pop into the fridge to infuse.
  • Finely slice the figs, and add them to a hot, non-stick frying pan. Fry for 1 minute a side.
  • Toast your bagel halves to your preferred texture, and cover with a generous amount of Boursin Plant-Based Garlic & Herbs.
  • Add the softened figs onto each bagel, then place a few oregano leaves, followed by a drizzle of the chilli maple syrup.
  • Garnish with a generous pinch of Dukkah and serve.

  • 2 Tbsp. oregano leaves

  • 1 Tbsp. dukkah

  • 100ml maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. very finely chopped red chilli

  • Lemon juice
