Wash the sugar snap peas and remove their stem ends and string.
Dunk them into boiling salted water and cook for 1 min.
After boiling resumes, drain them.
Cut the onions into thin quarters and grill them for 3 min. in a pan with a dash of olive oil.
Spread about a tablespoon of Boursin® on each cracker.
Place the sugar snap peas on their side in the Boursin®.
Place the small pieces of roasted onion.

So good! You’ll absolutely fall in love with these sugar snap peas.

Tip

To keep the sugar snap peas green, dunk them into ice water immediately after draining them.
