Sweet Potato, Boursin® Garlic & Herbs Cheese and Smoked Salmon

  • Wash the sweet potatoes. Do not peel them, just wipe them off.
  • Then slice them 1 cm thick.
  • Place them on a baking tray and then brush with oil. Bake them to between 12 to 20 min. at 200°C. Sweet potates must be tender.
  • Rinse the dill.
  • Cut the salmon fillet into slices about 6 mm thick.
  • Then cut them again at a slant to form diamonds.
  • Spread Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on the cooled slices of sweet potato.
  • Put on the smoked salmon diamonds.
  • Decorate with some pink peppercorns and a sprig of parsley.
  • And that's all it takes! You’ve got the green light to serve your small orange-coloured toasts.
