Boursin Cheese Pops

with Boursin Black Pepper Cheese

Cheese Mixture
  • In a bowl, mix Boursin Cheese with bacon and nuts
  • Shape cheese mixture into balls, 2cm in diameter
Herb Mixture
  • On a plate, combine parsley and chives
  • Roll cheese balls in herb mixture, coating evenly
Finish and Serve
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes
  • Gently push breadstick or pretzel stick into each ball
  • Serve immediately

Tip

To ensure the cheese pops are the same size, use a tablespoon to scoop out the same amount of cheese mixture.

  • 1 box of Boursin Black Pepper Cheese

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 15g walnuts, finely chopped

  • 5g fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

  • 14 breadsticks or pretzel stick, cut to desired length

  • 1/2 box of Boursin Black Pepper Cheese

  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 7g walnuts, finely chopped

  • 3g fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

  • 7 breadsticks or pretzel stick, cut to desired length
