Salmon and Cheese Mixture
  • Cut smoked salmon lengthwise into two separate halves
  • Set aside
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine Boursin Cheese, lemon juice, and crème fraiche
  • Reserve
Spinach
  • Bring large pot of water to a boil
  • Wash spinach leaves
  • Blanch them in boiling water for 10 seconds
  • Fish them out with tongs
  • Plunge them in ice water
  • Dry leaves on paper towels
Combine and Serve
  • Spread out spinach leaves
  • Lay half a slice of smoked salmon on top of each
  • Spread cheese mixture in the middle of smoked salmon
  • Fold over the edges of the spinach leaves
  • Roll them up tightly
  • Serve and enjoy

Tip

Want to make rolls for children? Replace the smoked salmon with cooked ham and the spinach leaves with large lettuce leaves. Just as tasty as the original recipe.
