  • Wash the sweet potatoes.
  • Do not peel them, just wipe them off.
  • Then slice them 1 cm thick.
  • Place them on a baking tray and then brush with oil. Bake them between 12-20 min. at 200°C. Sweet potatoes must be tender.
  • During that time, break the walnuts into large pieces.
  • Spread a heaped tablespoon of Boursin® over each cooked and cooled slice of sweet potato.
  • Place the cranberries and shards of walnuts.
  • Pour a drop of honey on top.
  • And that's all it takes! Crunchy walnuts, melting Boursin®, delicious sweet potatoes: your guests will hardly believe their taste buds.

Tip

Place the cranberries between two pieces of parchment paper and crush them with a rolling pin. You’ll get lovely sheets of cranberries.
